These Terms of Use govern your use of prestigious-health.com, operated by Prestigious Health LLC (“Prestigious Health,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Prestigious Health provides management and administrative services and does not practice medicine or pharmacy. Clinical services are provided by independent physicians licensed in the state where the patient is located, through our independent telehealth partner network. Prescriptions are issued only when a physician determines they are clinically appropriate and are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use our services.
Waitlist
We are currently accepting waitlist sign-ups only. Joining the waitlist is not a medical consultation, does not create a physician–patient relationship, and does not guarantee that you will receive care or a prescription. Services are planned for all 50 states; launch timing may vary.
No medical advice

Prescriptions and medications
Any decision to prescribe is made solely by an independent licensed physician. Some therapies may not be appropriate for you, and some may not be prescribable under current FDA regulations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. We never offer products labeled “research use only.”
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
All site content, branding and design belong to Prestigious Health or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party brand names belong to their owners.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestigious Health is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
